Congratulations to St Oliver's first year soccer team who defeated visitors Coláiste Ris on a 6-0 scoreline this week. Two early goals from Romeo Booto and Jayden Oyeku, and an excellent solo run and finish from Josh Cole gave St Oliver's a commanding 3-0 half time lead. Further goals from Josh Cole, Romeo Booto and a late Daniel Flaherty saw St Oliver;'s romp to a six goal victory.

St. Oliver’s Storm into North Leinster Final
St. Oliver’s Community College have reached the first year North Leinster league division one final courtesy of a 7-1 victory over the Marist College, Dundalk. St. Oliver’s, the visitors, scored an early goal through Romeo Booto, which set the tempo for the rest of the match. Despite long spells of intense pressure, and two saves by the woodwork, St. Oliver’s failed to score again in the first half, and were punished by a rare counter-attack from the hosts just before half time to make it 1-1. The visitors came out re-energised after the break, and made it 2-1 with a fine solo effort from Joshua O’ Carroll, beating 5 defenders with a deep run from midfield before slotting into the bottom corner. The Ollie’s added 2 more in two minutes through Joshua Cole, including a cheeky backheel from inside the box. On minute 70 Joshua Cole added another to complete his hat trick before Romeo Booto added a further Two goals to complete a hat trick of his own. There were standout performances from all over the pitch, and an excellent collective spirit to match. St. Oliver’s will now play Boyne Community School from Trim in the final.
